Out Bound Delivery 81689215, there were 2 line items which are assigned to PRVA instead of HKDC. They also checked with the User's and they said it was assigned automatically. Below is the screen shot with the PRVA .

Since the stock was available in PRVA Sloc during creation of Delivery automatically assigned to PRVA. We need to make sure that stock has to be available only in HKDC.
This is because the stock for which delivery is created is from "RETURNS Delivery 84022637". This stock is shipped to customer before WM implementation (IM Level), when stock is returned it posted to PRVA.
While doing Goods Receipt against return Deliveries we need to make sure that Storage location should be HKDC. Below is the screen shot of return Delivery in which Storage location is PRVA. So stock is posted in to PRVA. So when Outbound Delivery is done since the stock is available in PRVA so in the delivery the PRVA is assigned.

Resolution

Since the stock was available in PRVA during creation of Delivery, Stock is picked from PRVA automatically in delivery.
We need to make sure that stock will be available only in HKDC Storage location only.
To avoid this in future while doing Goods Receipt against Return Deliveries we need to make sure that Storage location should be HKDC.
Corrective action for current Delivery (81689215): Change the storage location in the Delivery Manually to HKDC.
